That’s an easy one: an energy boost for a long summer mountain trail.
I took some pretzels.I add some dry apricots from „Koshnitza“ and some raw almonds from Biomag.I search for an empty jar in the kitchen.Ready to go. The apricots will give me some simple sugars and calories. The pretzels – salt and carbs, and the almonds – minerals and unsaturated fats.That looks good.Hop, it goes in the backpack.Time to rest.Now Rila mountain is calling me.
