That’s an easy one: an energy boost for a long summer mountain trail.

I took some pretzels.

I add some dry apricots from

I search for an empty jar in the kitchen.

Ready to go. The apricots will give me some simple sugars and calories. The pretzels - salt and carbs, and the almonds - minerals and unsaturated fats.
