Choco Lollipops from Wheat Sticks and Pretzels

Products For the Lollipops
1 package harmonica 70% Dark Craft Chocolate
organic orange zest
a handful of goji berries
a sprinkle of bee pollen
Products For the Choco Pretzels
1 package harmonica White Craft Chocolate
1 table spoon harmonica Coconut Butter
1 package harmonica Pretzels
a pinch of beetroot powder
How to make the lollipops?

Melt the chocolate over a water bath. Arrange the einkorn sticks on a lightly greased piece of parchment paper. Pour the chocolate in a piping bag and draw spirals over the einkorn sticks’ picks. Sprinkle with orange zest, goji berries, and bee pollen. Leave them to firm up in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.

And now the Choco Pretzels

Melt the chocolate together with the coconut butter over a water bath. Dip each pretzel in the mix and let the excess chocolate drain away. Then, place it on a piece of parchment paper. Add beetroot powder to the leftover chocolate and sprinkle on the pretzels. Leave them to harden in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
