Dip with cooked nettle and cream cheese

125 g cream cheese
150 g cooked nettle puree
40 g walnuts
salt, pepper, garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
Cut the walnuts in little pieces. You can toast them to enhance their flavor. Stir all the ingredients in a cup and you’re ready! If you prefer some sourness, add some balsamic vinegar.
And it’s ready, simple as that!
