How it's made
The vinegar goes through 2-stage fermentation. In the first stage, we ferment the apples to fruit alcohol. Once the first phase is completed, we apply special conditions (temperature and oxygen) in order to activate the second fermenting stage in which alcohol is converted into acetic acid. We do not filter the vinegar and it features special residue called “mother”, an acetic acid bacteria full of goodness.
