If you choose this cottage cheese for your children’s breakfast, you won’t go wrong, either. Kids would love it too. In fact, harmonica cottage cheese from goat milk resembles feta and cream cheese. It’s just lightly salted with sea salt of only 0,002%. The creamy and smooth texture allows for easy and delightful spreading on a crunchy toast. Whey protein from Bulgarian organic goat milk (99,99%), sea salt (0,002%).

How's it made

First, we heat the whey to about 90 degrees Celsius. Then we drain and press the coagulum (the curdled mass).
