Cottage cheese from sheep milk

Coming from grazing sheep, the organic milk from which we make our cottage cheese has explored Bulgarian landscapes, enjoyed sunlight and breathed fresh mountain air. The result is a cottage cheese full of proteins, making it not only nutritious but with a well-balanced taste. Even the sulkier amongst us would find it delightful.

The good news is that kids enjoy it, too – spread on a slice of bread. More creamy and smooth than what you might be used to, this cottage cheese from sheep milk resembles cream cheese. And we have added just a pinch of sea salt (0,002%). Great for desserts or on a quick sandwich.

Ah… and one more thing: although sheep produce milk only from April to August, harmonica cottage cheese from sheep milk is available all-year-round. Because in the summer, we get down to work and manufacture enough quantities, which we seal in special packaging. So we can enjoy it all year round!

How's it made

Суроватката се загрява до около 90 градуса по Целзий, след което коагулатът (пресечената маса) се отцежда и пресова.
