What's in it

Organic cane sugar syrup, organic green figs, organic vanilla, acidity regulator & citric acid.

How it's made

We prepare the jam at the end of spring, while the fruits are still green and hard. Fun fact: figs are of both genders - male and female. For our jam we use only the fruit of the "strong" gender. You can tell them apart because they do not ripen and have no seeds.
