It’s the famous Bulgarian roasted red pepper – big, bright red and sweet. Grown in the sun on organic farms in the Thrace region, slow roasted and carefully peeled. Gently marinated in unrefined sunflower oil and sugar plus a little bit of salt. Seasoned with top quality apple cider vinegar and fresh parsley.

What's in it

A jar full of huge organic Bulgarian peppers. To make the magic work, we added organic apple cider vinegar, unrefined organic sunflower oil, a sprinkle of parsley, a touch of himalayan salt and cane sugar.

How's it made

Pickling and canning for the winter is a big Bulgarian tradition. Our peppers are hand picked, slow-roasted and carefully peeled. We place them in the jars, pour in the special marinade and heat to sterilise.
