It’s the famous Bulgarian roasted red pepper – big, bright red and sweet. Grown in the sun on organic farms in the Thrace region, slow roasted and carefully peeled. Gently marinated in unrefined sunflower oil and sugar plus a little bit of salt. Seasoned with top quality apple cider vinegar and fresh parsley.
