Rosehip jam with beet syrup

This is a worthy successor to the rosehip marmalade of our childhood. With one small difference – instead of cane sugar we used beet syrup. Anyone who has tried it knows what a miracle the petroleum jelly added to the marmalade does. Who has not – should hurry up.

What's in it

Organic beet syrup and organic rosehip.

How it's made

We take Bulgarian organic certified and perfectly ripened rosehips, then we dry them carefully to a certain moisture and send them to the jam factory. There they are first soaked, then drained. We grind them on a machine and boil them in a
cauldron to make a nice porridge. We blend them twice to remove any remaining seeds and flakes. Return to the pot to thicken.

Sweeten with organic beet syrup. We chose it because it combines perfectly with the rosehips in taste. We continue to boil until the perfect thickness is reached.
