Sunflower biscuits

At Harmonica, we believe in honoring our agricultural heritage while embracing modern innovation. That’s why the new biscuits are made with locally sourced einkorn and rye grains, ancient varieties with deep cultural roots and great nutritional qualities. By supporting local farmers and preserving heritage grains, we’re not just creating delicious snacks – we’re contributing to the sustainability of our food system and celebrating our culinary heritage.

We’ve made these incredibly delicious biscuits in a convenient little format so they’re always on hand during busy weeknights when we need to fuel up with something wholesome. We chose Bulgarian wholemeal flours – einkorn and rye, because we found that the combination of the two gives a wonderful taste. To these we added one of our prides – Harmonica sunflower seed paste, and more roasted sunflower seeds for even better taste. We preferred Harmonica’s purified cow’s ghee as the ideal fat for roasting, and sweetened with cane sugar.

The biscuits are high in fibre which is liked and loved by your stomach.

Enjoy! Just in case, grab another packet because it runs out fast.
