Another delicious member of our tahini and butter family, born and raised entirely in Bulgaria. Harmonica almond tahini is made solely of Bulgarian almonds, without any additives. The nuts we use are from a certified organic production, carefully grown in the sunniest and most fertile soils of Bulgaria.

Roasting the almonds before they head to the stone mill enhances their taste quality. With its rich nutty flavor, harmonica almond tahini is irresistible in each and every role – on toast, in recipes for breakfasts, desserts or baked dishes, or straight from the jar.

We roast the almond nuts, wait for them to cool down and then grind them in the stone mill.
