What's in it

High quality apple cider vinegar made by fermentation of apple cider.

100% apple cider vinegar, alcohol <0.5%

How's it made

The vinegar goes through 2-stage fermentation. In the first stage, we ferment the apples to fruit alcohol. Once the first phase is completed, we apply special conditions (temperature and oxygen) in order to activate the second fermenting stage in which alcohol is converted into acetic acid. We do not filter the vinegar and it features special residue called “mother”, an acetic acid bacteria full of goodness.

Ideas

Apple cider vinegar is ideal for fish and meat meals. It is slightly sweeter than red wine vinegar so it goes well with more sour veggies.

Unfiltered, with the “mother” of vinegar and unpasteurized. Famous for its beneficial effects – acetic acid kills bad microorganisms and is good for digestion. Excellent taste, aroma and quality
