Gluten-free pancakes with cream cheese

1 cream cheese
2 eggs
¼ tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar
Beat the eggs into a fluffy cream. Add the cream cheese and soda and mix everything until the mixture starts to look a little effervescent. Bake the pancakes on a well-heated pan. Pouring one tablespoon of the mixture for each pancake and spread it into a circle with a diameter of 8-10 cm.
The pancakes can be served sprinkled with powdered sugar and honey. You can make savory pancakes as well: just skip adding the sugar to the mixture.
