Organic wheat flour, organic wheat starch, organic sunflower seeds, organic cow's butter, organic coconut oil, organic yeast, organic whey, organic baking powder, sea salt, organic apple cider vinegar, organic dill, organic tarragon.
How it's made
We knead the dough, then transfer it to the moulding machine, which contributes to the delicate taste of the crackers. We bake them at a low temperature of 150 °C – this ensures they remain evenly coloured and retain their nutrients. After baking, we leave them to ‘rest’ – i.e. to cool down. Finally, we package them.
