This is the basic ingredient of all our delicious and healthy dairy products that are enjoyed so much both by kids and grown-ups. We try to take good care of this irreplaceable source of valuable proteins, minerals, fats, acids, etc. How do we do this? We process our milk as little as possible.
It is 100% natural product because it’s source – the cows – live in the pristine pastures of the Balkan mountains and all year round eat nothing but grass and herbs (fresh or dry) from the organically certified farm lands.
What's in it
100% organically certified whole milk. Rich in proteins, potassium and fatty acids - Omega 3 and saturated linoleum acids.
How it's made
We heat the milk to 95-96 degrees for 30 minutes. We do not homogenize it so that we can a) keep the tasty butterfat on top and b) maintain the size of the fatty molecules. Thus, the latter are digested more easily by the human organism.
