Ayran is something everyone in Bulgaria enjoys, but some like it sweet, some like it salty, some like it diluted, others – thicker. We are happy to say that our traditional ayran suits even the most pretentious tastes. Once you’ve had a sip, you will smile approvingly and raise your glass for more.

What's in it
Organic natural cow milk, water - 30%, Himalayan salt, Bulgarian starter culture Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus.
How it's made
We use whole-fat milk. We pasteurise it then cool it down to 35 degrees. We add the starter culture and let it rest in a big 600-little barrel for 5-6 hours so that it reaches the desired tangy taste. We stir, shake, add the salt and water and fill the bottles.
