Ketchup

For many people, ketchup is almost a mythologized product – it seems to magically enhance everything it touches, like freshly fried potatoes. Harmonica’s ketchup, crafted with a mild yet rich flavor without being overly sweet, stands out for its uncompromising quality, achieved through pure, organic ingredients. This ketchup is a blend of flavors with a thick texture, free from preservatives, colorings, starches, or any unnecessary additives, offering a sensory delight.

We select only the juiciest and tastiest organic sun-ripened tomatoes. Instead of using starch for thickening, we incorporate guar gum, a beneficial fiber derived from Asian beans. Konjac is another natural component added to our recipe to prevent separation. Seasoned with cloves and a bit of salt, sugar and pepper, our ketchup’s natural goodness is enclosed in a glass bottle, allowing for pasteurization – a crucial step when artificial preservatives are absent, ensuring a longer shelf life.

What's in it

Water, organic tomato paste (30%), organic sugar, organic apple cider vinegar, salt, organic guar gum, organic cloves, organic pepper, organic conjac.

How it's made

Dissolve the spices in the vinegar, then mix all the ingredients and stir gently. Fill into bottles and pasteurise at 88-90 °C.
