What's in it

Organic strawberries (60%), organic sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid.

How it's made

Clean and wash the strawberries carefully. Sprinkle them with sugar and leave to release their juice. Cook slowly over a moderate heat, stirring frequently. When the mixture thickens, add the citric acid and fill the jars. Once cooled, store in a cool, dry place.
