Here it is – the blue buckwheat granola. Blue – because of the blueberries. And delicious because of the vanilla, coconut chips, sunflower seeds and dates. And you should know: it’s vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, dried (not baked) and with activated seeds to make it easier to digest. And of course everything in it is from organic farming.
You can dip it in any milk or just eat right out of the box if you’re on the go. It is suitable for breakfast, afternoon, snack and dessert. Try it at sunrise and if it is amazing, write to us, because that’s the only way we haven’t tried it.

How it's made
We make this granola by activating the seed sprouting - so you can reap the wealth of benefits and nutrients yourself. Then, a process of slow and gentle drying follows. Unlike roasting, drying the granola means the ingredients stay raw and preserve their beneficial properties. The sunflower seeds and buckwheat are activated, then dried at low temperature for almost 24 hours. Then mixed with the other ingredients and packed.
