Let’s start with the most important thing: this granola is vegan, gluten-free and without added sugar, made from activated seeds and dried at low temperature to be easily digested. And everything in it is from organic farming.
Activated seeds are not the same as sprouted seeds, because activation is soaking, but without leading to germination. This makes it easier to digest and packed with nutrients. Just pour it out of the box into a bowl (if you are not in a hurry) and mix it with milk. In the morning or whenever you want, it will still be delicious.

How it's made
We make this granola by activating the seed sprouting - so you can reap the wealth of benefits and nutrients yourself. Then, a process of slow and gentle drying follows. Unlike roasting, drying the granola means the ingredients stay raw and preserve their beneficial properties. The sunflower seeds are activated (soaked) and then gently and slowly dried for almost 24 hours. Then all the ingredients are mixed and packed.
