Gentle cream, with a hint of fresh lemon, pleasantly crunchy and delicious. Yes, that’s right. It’s back in the game. The Lemon Wafer. A forgotten classic from our childhood. And because we missed it so much, we decided to get back to it – eliminating any compromises with the ingredients. We kept the distinctive einkorn flour and added organic lemon oil. We got that taste that rings a bell.
What's in it
Wholemeal einkorn flour, cane sugar, coconut oil, skimmed milk powder, lemon oil, inulin, sunflower oil. Raising agent: baking soda and a bit of salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
And of course, everything is organic.
How's it made
The einkorn wafer sheets are baked. All other ingredients are mixed into a cream. Wafers and cream are then layered and cut into shapes.
