And because we missed it so much, we decided to get back to it – eliminating any compromises with the ingredients. We kept the distinctive einkorn flour crusts and added organic lemon oil for the delicious cream. And we got that taste that rings a bell.

Wholegrain einkorn flour* /contains gluten/, coconut butter*, skimmed milk powder*, cane sugar*, agave inulin*, sunflower oil*, lemon oil* (0,115%), raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, salt, antioxidant: rosemary extract*, acidity regulator: citric acid.

How it's made
The einkorn wafer sheets are baked. All other ingredients are mixed into a cream. Wafers and cream are then layered and cut into shapes.
