We called it classic because it’s an outstanding example of how something simple can be so delicious. Now, the marvelous einkorn-coconut-sunflower paste trio joins forces with milk chocolate, and the outcome is phenomenal.
What's in it
We make the crust from organic wholegrain einkorn flour, organic sunflower oil and a pinch of salt and sodium bicarbonate.
Then the cream: organic cane sugar, organic coconut butter, organic sunflower seed paste, organic skimmed milk powder, organic low-fat cocoa powder.
And the chocolate coating: organic cocoa mass, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic skimmed milk powder, organic agave inulin.
We use as antioxidant organic rosemary extract.
How's it made
We bake the einkorn flour wafer sheets and mix the cream with the rest of the ingredients. Then we play the game: one sheet, cream on it, another sheet – cream again. When we think it is ready, we pour milk chocolate over them for glamour and let them cool down.
