Chocolate coating is pure magic. In this case, our classic chocolate wafer is the one to bring us to the wonderland. We called it classic because it’s an outstanding example of how something simple can be so delicious. Now, the marvelous einkorn-coconut-sunflower paste trio joins forces with milk chocolate, and the outcome is phenomenal. So simple, so good.

An innovative recipe we developed and you shows us, you like so much!
We decided to make the crusts from organic wholegrain einkorn - an ancient grain with more 5 000 years of history at our lands. What imporesses us also is that it is naturally low in gluten, which makes it more easily digested and absorbed.
For the delightful cream we chose organic cane sugar, organic coconut butter, organic sunflower seed paste, organic skimmed milk powder and organic low-fat cocoa powder.
For the chocolate coating we mixed organic cocoa mass, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic skimmed milk powder and organic agave inulin.
As antioxidant we use organic rosemary extract.
How it's made
We bake the einkorn flour wafer sheets and mix the cream with the rest of the ingredients. Then we play the game: one sheet, cream on it, another sheet – cream again. When we think it is ready, we pour milk chocolate over them for glamour and let them cool down.
