Our classic wafer meets velvet milk chocolate to shape a delightful crispy organic snack

Dipping in chocolate is a magical act. In this case, we do it with Harmonica’s first waffle – our classic wafer. We called it a classic because it’s an outstanding example of how something simple can be so delicious. Now the magic trio of spelt-coconut-sunflower meets chocolate, and the consequences of this meeting are phenomenal and easy to find on store shelves.

What's in it

Crust (organic wholewheateinkorn flour, organic sunflower oil, bulking agent: sodium bicarbonate, salt), cream (organic cane sugar, organic coconut oil, organic sunflower seed paste, organic non-fat dry milk, organic low-fat cocoa powder, antioxidant: organic rosemary extract), chocolate (organic cocoa mass, organic cane sugar, , organic cocoa butter, organic non-fat dry milk, organic agave inulin. 55%)

How it's made

We bake the einkorn flour wafer sheets and mix the cream with the rest of the ingredients. Then we play the game: one sheet, cream on it, another sheet – cream again. When we think it is ready, we pour milk chocolate over them for glamour and let them cool down.
