Orange cake with warm milk

Simple and delicious winter bake.

2 eggs
60g sugar
150ml harmonica Fresh Milk
100g harmonica Wholegrain Wheat Flour
30g harmonica Cow Butter
½ tea spoon baking soda
½ tea spoon cinnamon organic orange zest and orange juice
2 table spoons of harmonica Wildflower Honey
a pinch of salt
Heat up the milk along with the butter, orange zest, and cinnamon until it boils. Then, leave it aside to lightly cool down. Beat the eggs and sugar until a thick cream forms. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt and add to the egg mixture. Finally, add the milk mixture and gently stir until you get a neat homogenous mixture.
Pour the batter into a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake it for 50 minutes in a preheated oven (180° C). Once the cake is ready, leave it on a rack to cool down. Warm up the orange juice mixed with one tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of honey and drizzle that on the cake. Bon appetite!
