To produce the oil, we use high-quality organic and local Bulgarian seeds – first peeled and then pressed. There are no chemicals or heat to destroy the valuable nutrients. The cold-pressed sunflower seed oil is high in lecithin and Vitamin E – substances, aiding our cells and immune system functioning. This oil is excellent for salad dressings and marinades with its slightly nutty flavor.
