Did you know that in 2015 conventional apples in Bulgaria were on average sprayed with pesticides 15 times for the duration of the year?
At the same time the apple is one of the fruits with the most absorbent properties. Chemical agents can be absorbed up to 5 mm under the peel of the fruit. Moreover, this poisons the soil and water, exposing the people and the environment to harmful synthetic pesticides.
This in itself is already reason enough to prefer organic apple cider vinegar. It gives you a guarantee that the fruits and the trees have not been treated with chemicals, and the apples contain nothing but stored sunlight, vitamins and fibers!

This natural elixir in a bottle is capable of transforming your dish into a gastronomic pleasure, while being at the same time as healthful as possible.
Without further delay, we start listing the applications of apple cider vinegar:

The hair literally shines if you wash it with vinegar from time to time. Also, if you suffer from dandruff – the vinegar is your salvation. If you don’t see what is happening in the flat next door, maybe it’s time to wash the windows. At a rate of 50:50 the vinegar with water will do wonders for them.

It will do no harm if you use vinegar instead of the standard fabric softener to keep your clothes soft (add half a cup of vinegar to the laundry instead of the fabric softener).
And after you have done all this, you can prepare yourself a nice big salad, season it with vinegar and give thanks to this natural wonder for all the good it does.
