Sometimes you don’t require much to do something extraordinary. Here are three very easy, quick and simple suggestions for small deserts in cups. Each of them carries its unique mood and charm.
- Yogurt – 200 g
- Sour cream – 100 g
- Rose syrup – 2 tablespoons
- Elderberry syrup – 2 tablespoons
- Fig jam – 2 tablespoons
- Dried apricots – 3
- Hemp seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Chia – 1 tablespoon
- Raw sunflower seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Coriander – ¼ teaspoon
- Apricot kernels – 2 tablespoons
- Almonds – 2 tablespoons
Pour the rose syrup on the bottom of the first cup.
Pour the sour cream carefully on it without stirring. Arrange on top the sliced almonds and decorate with dried rose leaves.
What you get is a great romantic dessert!

Place the chia and hemp seeds on the bottom of the second cup.
Pour on top of them the yogurt and then the Elderberry syrup and the dried apricots.
A perfect snack before a workout of an exercise!
Pour the yogurt (can also be strained) into the third cup.
Cut the figs from the jam in peaces and put them on top.
Add the apricot kernels and the coriander to be reminded of the scent of your grandma’s kitchen!
