Along with our milk and the traditional Bulgarian Kashkaval and Sirene cheeses, it’s another member of our full-fat products family.
Although we’ve always wanted to have pure, tasty butter with no salt or unnecessary supplements, our cream supply was just never enough. We ended up researching various producers and their production methods for a very long time. Our nose for pure and authentic food brought us to a German producer who uses farming methods similar to our local Bulgarian partners. Their free-range cows roam the pastures as much as possible, enjoying natural habitats.
