What's in it

Organic cane sugar, organic raspberry juice, acidity regulator: citric acid.

How it's made

We defrost the organic raspberries in a special container overnight. We then press them to extract the juice. We add organic cane sugar and also citric acid to achieve an excellent balance of flavour. We heat to 60 °C and at the end to 72 °C. Bottling.
