– 40 ml harmonica Linden cordial
– 10 ml (fresh or 2 lemon slices squeezed without leaving it in the drink)
– Nutmeg – slightly grated
– Ginger – 1 slice
– Hot water – 250 ml

– 40 ml – Black pepper (freshly ground) – a pinch
– Orange slice for garnish (add in the cup without squeezing)
– Lemon – 10 ml (fresh or 2 lemon slices squeezed without leaving it in the drink)
– Hot water – 230 ml

– Fresh thyme – a sprig or two
– Lime slice (1/8 of a lime) – inside
– Hot water – 250 ml
– Spiced rum (aged or dark, cognac or brandy) – 30 ml

– Cinnamon – 1 stick
