Walnut Linzer Cookies

Easy and festive.


80 g harmonica Walnut Butter
120 harmonica Cream Cheese
50 g harmonica honey
100 g harmonica einkorn flour
½ tea spoon baking powder
100 harmonica Plum Jam

Mix the walnut butter, cream cheese, and honey very well. Add the baking soda to the flour and pour it into the walnut mix. Knead the dough and roll out into a 0.5 cm thick sheet. Cut out an even number of cookies with and without a hole in the middle. Then, place them on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake them for 10 minutes in a preheated oven. Let the cookies completely cool down. Then, mix with the marmalade. You are ready to feel festive!
