Well, we’ve managed to crate a sirene with a perfectly balanced taste and aroma that even the fussiest cheese-lovers will enjoy.

What's in it

harmonica's sirene is made of organic goat's milk, using a traditional cheese culture of Lactobacillus bulgaricus и Streptococcus thermophilus, rennet and a pinch of salt.

How it's made

Goats stand out among other herbivores for being discerning eaters. They never fail to select the freshest plants and herbs when grazing. Good quality pasture gives their milk an intense, smooth flavour and a rich amount of vitamins and minerals.

We add the cheese culture to the milk and allow the cheese to mature for a minimum of 45 days.
