This is the formula that we used to create our low-fat kefir – light and delicate.

Our Full-fat kefir is obscenely delicious and very healthy because of its probiotics which support the immune system.  At the same time, some pople prefer light fat content. So we made this one with delicate flavor while the amount of protein and beneficial microorganisms is exactly the same. This is what we call “complete happiness”.

Why are probiotics important?

There are more than 500 different types of bacteria living in our digestive system. Here are the three main groups:
• Pathogenic (causing diseases)
• Potentially pathogenic (might turn into pathogenic under certain circumstances)
• Beneficial (having a positive effect)
The proper functioning of our digestive and immune system depends on the ratio between good and bad bacteria. Stress, irregular diet, antibiotics, lack of sleep are some of the many situations that cause the decrease of good bacteria. Probiotics help their development and keep our bodies balanced. So take them regularly and trust your gut!

What's in it

Organic cow milk and sleected 6 lacto-acid probiotic kefir cultures. Slowly fermented for 12 hours.

  • Lactobacillus kefir
  • Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis
  • Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar diacetylactis
  • Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris
  • Lactobacillus bulgaricus
  • Streptococcus thermophilus

How it's made

Separating the extra fat from the milk uses a natural process and is completely harmless – think of it as removing the creamy film of  boiled milk with a spoon. Then we use the same technique as with whole milk kefir, and the result is more than satisfactory – you drink tasty and healthy, with a more delicate flavor and only half the calories.

Fermentation is allowed to continue overnight. This is necessary because the microorganisms in kefir culture develop at lower temperatures and take more time to grow. Longer fermentation also breaks down the natural sugars in the milk, making them easier for the body to process.
