That’s why harmonica sticks are produced with extra care and attention to the ingredients. Our wheat sticks have nothing but 100% organic wheat, non-hydrogenated organic coconut oil, Himalayan salt, organic sugar and water.

What's in it

Just organic wheat flour, organic coconut oil, a pinch of sugar, water, yeast and Himalayan salt.

How it's made

When the sticks dough is ready it goes to the extruder machine for shaping the sticks. Then comes the cutting, salting and baking. When they cool down, the sticks go into the packages.
