Our passion was to make juice that preserves all of apple’s legendary beneficial characteristics. Then we fit it in the perfect-sized 2 l family pacк. Besides the fibers, antioxidants, and other nutrients this Harmonica Apple Juice holds, it also tastes incredible. This is the flavor of 100% Bulgarian organic apples. No added sugar, water, artificial sweeteners, or preservers. Simple, direct, cloudy juice (not from concentrate) from 3-4 kg pressed luscious whole apples.

Pavel Zhelyazkov and his “Sunny farm” are our local partners in this juicy endeavor. The organic family farm is located in some of the most fertile soils in the region of Kyustendil in Western Bulgaria, preserved and protected especially for orchards more than 5 decades ago.

Unlike conventional agriculture and all the spraying that destroys almost every living creature, organic farms are full of life. Bees buzz, ladybugs, and green lacewings fly around and help the farmers for growing healthy fruits. And in our apples, you almost feel the aroma of flowers and herbs that live between the apple trees.
